Overview

This compact laser rangefinder measures from about 5 metres up to 600m, with a 1000yd variant available. It offers slope compensation for angle-adjusted golf distances, 6.5× magnification and clear transmissive LCD readouts.

Use on the course and in the field

Golfers benefit from flag‑lock with vibration feedback for pin targeting and slope‑corrected distances for better shot planning. Hunters and outdoor users can use scan, two‑point height, speed and data‑storage modes for tracking and site measurement.

Practical notes

Choose USB‑rechargeable models (5V, 1A or less) or removable CR‑2 (3V) battery versions; new units may include a protective insulating tab. Avoid measuring through glass and note that rain, fog or heavy dust can affect readings; units switch between metres and yards by holding the measurement and M buttons together.
