I purchased a pair of Blitzwolf earbuds from Shopsta. There was no problem with the ordering and receiving of the earbuds all good. The problem arose when I started using the earbuds, the in built microphone wasn't working. Nobody I called could hear me when I used them. I contacted Shopsta when I realised the issue, their customer service is amazing. They replaced the faulty item without any quibbles. I would definitely use Shopsta again, their customer service is brilliant. Thank you Shopsta.

I was very impressed at the speed of service. I placed an order and shortly after saw an item that would fit my needs much better. I messaged to cancel my original order and was worried that the item might ship before my email was processed. To my surprise a refund was issued within half hour of my request. Did I mention this was at 1:00 in the morning? Excellent customer service if you ask me and very professional. Thank you again and I look forward to recieving my other headset!

These guys are fantastic with their response time and their product. One of the best, if not the best gaming headset out there. The price is not the only thing friendly about this either as their customer service is one of the best I’ve dealt with. I would recommend this headset 10 times out of 10.

This is the first time I've used Shopsta, and can't say enough good things. The product was exactly as ordered (at a great price) but it was the service that blew me away. With Covid-19 slowing everything down, the contact support was exceptional. I'll definitely be shopping with these guys/girls again.
